Building Envelope Performance Optimization

Using intelligent optimization methods such as genetic algorithms, systematic optimization of key parameters of the building envelope (e.g., wall construction, insulation thickness, window-to-wall ratio, etc.) is carried out based on multi-objective constraints such as minimization of energy consumption, maximization of thermal comfort, and optimization of economic costs.At the same time, new envelope materials and construction forms are explored, combined with passive design strategies, to realize the comprehensive enhancement of the physical environment of the building.The research covers cutting-edge topics such as whole life cycle performance evaluation and climate adaptation analysis.
