· Personal Profile
Dr. Xiao Liu received his B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2013 and 2018, respectively. He is currently a lecturer in the State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology at HUST. His research interests are focused on particle atomic layer deposition and corresponding applications in energy and environment fields.
