Professor Shao graduated from Tsinghua University for Bachelor degree (1999) and Ph.D. degree (2005). He worked LG Electronics, Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry in Chinese Academy of Sciences, and then Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research Interest focuses on fundamental and key technology of thermal and humidity control  and their applications in the comfort air conditioning, food preservations, electronics and data center cooling. He has got more than 30 funds from Natiaonal Key R&D Programe, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Chinese academy of sciences and famours companies. He has published more than 150 papers and issued more than 80 Patents.
