严思琦，华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院副教授，致力于智算光互连关键芯片与技术的前沿研究，主持多项国家级及省部级重要课题，包括国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖北省重点研发计划等。在光电子与集成芯片领域取得了多项创新性成果，在Nature Communications、Light、Advanced Photonics、Opto-Electro Advances等国际权威期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表论文21篇，其中1篇入选ESI高被引论文。目前，课题组主要围绕高速光互连芯片、智能光电计算集成系统等方向开展理论与应用研究，致力于推动光电子技术在数据中心、人工智能、高性能计算等领域的应用突破。
