摘要：Abstract Objective: To understand department climate in the public hospital and its influence on physicians’turnover in-tention． Methods: Self－developed department climate scale was used to survey physicians in 4 public hospitals in Guang’an Cityand Jingzhou City in Sichuan Province，and 327 valid questionnaires were obtained． Ｒesults: The exploratory factor analysis indica-ted that the scale consisted of six dimensions: leadership style，team collaboration，patient service ，work support，personal safetyand rights and work pressure，and they got 3．20， 3．55，3．39，3．35，2．69 and 2．10 scores separately．
