Description of Research Group:The interests of Guo lab focus on: 1) the development of bioinformatics methods and databases in regulatory networks, cancer biology, immunity and extracellular vesicles; 2) the investigation of tumor immunity and complex diseases and microvesicle exosomes via big data and omics research, such as genomics, transcriptomics, epiomics, and single-cell sequencing; 3) biomarker discovery for early diagnosis and prognosis of diseases. In the past five years, the members of Guo lab have published more than 30 SCI papers in top journals of bioinformatics and cancer biology including Advanced Science, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Theranostics, Oncogene, etc. Several laboratory graduates have served as professors or associate professors.
