何孟兵，博士，教授，1998年武汉大学原子核物理专业硕士毕业，2003年华中科技大学脉冲功率技术与等离子体专业博士毕业，2009年9月至2010年8月在英国拉夫堡大学进修。1998年至今一直从事脉冲功率技术及应用的相关研究，参与了脉冲电容器、脉冲形成网络、神光装置电源的研制工作，现在正参与几项基础研究项目的研究。
