项目简介：肌电电极是采集人机交互（义肢控制、手势识别、健康监护等）关键信号源的重要工具。现有肌电电极多为硬质电极，贴合性差、分布式采集困难。本作品发明了一种分布式肌电采集柔性电子皮肤，通过无基底1.2μm超薄设计，实现与皮肤共形贴附；提出肌电噪声电路补偿方案，信噪比提升20%；采用激光切割工艺，摆脱光刻中晶圆限制，加工尺寸提升至A3纸大小，满足分布式采集需求。
