华中科技大学物理学院教授，湖北省特聘人才项目资助对象。主要研究领域为激光驱动原子分子超快动力学的操控与探测。曾就职于德国马克思普朗克微结构物理研究所理论部，从事激光与物质相互作用的研究。在物理学、光学权威期刊发表过多篇学术论文，包括3篇Phys. Rev. Lett.和一篇Nature Physics。

Description of Research Group:本课题组主要研究超强激光与物质的相互作用过程，通过理论、数值模拟、以及激光技术和探测技术的突破，探究阿秒量级超快过程的非绝热效应、非偶极效应、以及自旋轨道耦合效应等阿秒物理问题。
