廖永贵，男，1976年4月生，教授，高分子化学与物理学科博士生导师。主要从事功能高分子/超分子材料、多相多组分高分子体系和极端条件下高分子的复杂物理与化学行为的研究。2011年入选教育部新世纪人才支持计划。已发表SCI论文120余篇，授权中国发明专利30多件。主持了国家自然科学基金项目5项，获2013年吉林省自然科学一等奖（排名第三）和2022年湖北省高等学校教学成果一等奖（排名第六）。
