刘世平（Liu Shiping，Professor），博士, 华中科技大学机械学院教授，主要承担机器人、机器视觉、工业机器人集成应用（建筑机器人）、智能建造等方面的科研工作以及工程制图、金属工艺学、工业机器人、精密机械设计等课程的教学工作，承担国家自然科学基金、863等项目多项，主编正式出版教材4部，合写机器人方面的英文专著1部（由世界三大学术出版社之一的Wiley出版），在国内外重要期刊发表论文40多篇。
