罗锴，男，华中科技大学网络空间安全学院教授、博导，长期从事无线通信、雷达探测、陈列信号处理等方向的研究工作。近年来主持或作为课题负责人承担国家自然科学基金重点、面上等10余项，在本领域国际著名期刊及会议上发表学术论文近40篇，作为章节作者出版英文著作1部、教材1部，2次获IEEE国际会议最佳会议论文奖，申请国家发明专利8项，授权3项。2022年入选湖北省人才计划青年项目，获得湖北省自然科学二等奖。
