2001年毕业于清华大学材料科学与工程系，获得学士学位；2006年毕业于中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所获得博士学位。2006年-2008年在新加坡国立大学物理系；2008年-2012年在丹麦科技大学；2012年-2013年在哥本哈根大学波尔研究所从事研究工作。2013年起就职于华中科技大学物理学院。
