课题组专注开发先进的第一性原理计算与超快光学方法,实现热功能材料与半导体材料导热性质的预测与超快表征。实验室建有时域热反射、频域热反射法等国际先进的表征方法,并且开发了声子输运计算开源Python软件API Phonons。能够实现半导体异质界面、薄膜材料热输运的成像与表征。
Nanoscale Thermal Transport
We focus on developing ab initio calculaiton and ultrafast pump-probe measurement tools to understand the fundamentals of quantum energy transport at the nanoscale, for pushing forward the extremes of heat conduction in condensed matter.
