秦斌，博士，教授，博士生导师。华中学者，入选华中科技大学第二批学术前沿青年团队（团队负责人），应用电磁工程研究所所长。2001年与2007年分别获得华中科技大学工学学士与工学博士学位；2009年华中科技大学电气学院博士后出站并留校。2010年至2012年期间，受邀前往日本京都大学，开展FFAG同步加速器的合作研究。主要从事束流物理及束流输运、高精度电磁装置设计、质子治疗系统等方面研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，...
