Huajun Sun received her PhD degree  from Shanghai Institute of Optics and fine mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in January 2009.He was a visiting scholar of MIT From September 2014 to September 2015.Co-authored the <introduction to memristor>. He won the first prize of Beijing technological invention inI 2019. IEEE member and a member of the American Optical Society (OSA). In recent years, he has presided over 3 general projects of NSFC, 1 sub project of 863 theme project, 1 sub project of national key R & D plan, 1 sub project of key projects of NSFC, and participated in more than 10 projects. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research of advanced memory, neuromorphic device and brain-like chip technology, memristor and Resistive Random Access Memory.
