1994年于华中理工大学（现为华中科技大学）光电子工程系获得博士学位。1994～1996年期间在华中科技大学电工博士后流动站从事博士后研究工作。出站后留校工作。1996年12月晋升为副教授，1998年7月破格晋升为教授。1999年被增聘为博士生导师。2012年被聘为“华中学者”特聘教授。国家863计划主题项目 “100Gb/s中长距离光互连芯片及模块”的首席专家。2000年9月至2001年9月在香港科技大学从事访问研究。2005年6月至2005年12月在加...
