主要从事生物信息学研究，包括：（1）基于多源数据融合和的蛋白质及蛋白质复合体结构预测方法研究；（2）虚拟药物筛选及合理厌恶分子设计；（3）组学数据分析与挖掘。以第一或通讯作者在Genome Biology、Cell Reports Physical Science、Nucleic acids research等期刊发表学术论文20篇。主持完成国家自然科学基金2项，曾获得教育部自然科学一等奖（第四）。
