Abstract: The concept of WSUD was promoted firstly in Australia nearly two decades ago, as an effective strategy to deal with rainwater issues based on integrated with urban design. A bunch of researches and practices emerged in this period. Given the fast development of the WSUD concept and the use and the practice in China, this paper aims to summarize the research trend and focus of WSUD field by:1) collecting recent studies based on China Knowledge Network(CNKI) and Science Citation Index(WOS) Database; 2) classifying documents based on research methods and research perspectives and 3) defining the
