Song Wu is a Professor of Computer Science at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in China. He received his Ph.D. from HUST in 2003. He is now served as the Director of Parallel and Distributed Computing Institute, and the Vice Head of Service Computing Technology and System Lab (SCTS) of HUST. He has published more than one hundred papers and obtained over thirty patents in the area of parallel and distributed computing. His current research interests include cloud computing and virtualization.
