徐明，华中科技大学教授，微电子学系主任。于2005年和2008年在复旦大学信息学院获得本科和硕士学位，并在2013年在美国约翰霍普金斯大学获得博士学位。之后受到洪堡奖学金的资助，于2013-2016年间在德国亚琛工业大学进行博士后研究。2016年正式加入华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院，获批国家海外高层次青年人才计划。徐明教授的研究主要集中在相变存储材料与器件、基于硫系化合物的选通管和忆阻器、非晶硫系材料的局部结构和性质...
