个人简介

杨蕊,女,山东人,1982年生,长期从事忆阻器及其类脑计算方面的研究,在忆阻器阻变机制、忆阻新材料探索、忆阻突触器件及神经元电路等方面取得了系列成果,在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano等国际期刊发表论文50余篇,申请/授权中国发明专利7项,授权日本专利1项。近年来主持国家自然科学基金3项,其中青年、面上和联合基金各1项,并作为研究骨干参与国家和企业忆阻类脑计算相关的多项课题。
