长期从事二维半导体材料与功能器件研究,主要面向信息存储、高效感知等应用,发展铁电晶体管、浮栅晶体管型二维半导体器件。代表性成果包括,(一)发展了基于铁电极化调控二维半导体掺杂的新方法;(二)提出边缘接触型浮栅晶体管,实现10-100ns高速擦写、高耐久性记忆器件;(三)以亚阈值浮栅晶体管模拟类视网膜水平细胞功能,达到边缘增强等图像增强功能。相关研究成果发表在Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater.,Mater. Horiz.等期刊,发表论文80余篇。
