研究领域

  • 段国韬,华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院/武汉光电国家研究中心教授,博士生导师;长期从事先进半导体生化传感技术研究,主要包括:基于硅晶圆的MEMS传感芯片制造、智能传感集成微系统与应用、表面反应动力学与催化电子学理论。主要结果包括:1)在国际上率先提出一种微纳阵列与MEMS微型加热器融合的气体传感器芯片制造方法,实现了低功耗气体传感芯片的高综合性能;2)发展原子级等催化调控气敏反应动力学技术,实现复杂环境中恶臭等气体的高选择性检测,并开展其应用示范研究;3基于新型电子敏感材料研发高性能场效应晶体管传感器,发展高性能生物传感器及其应用技术。合著专著1部,发表论文100余篇,获得省一等奖1项;授权专利约20项,成果转化1项;主持项目包括国家重点研发计划重点专项项目、重点专项课题、JWKJW创新特区项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。
