Mingyu Yan received the B.S. degree from the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2016, the M.S. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree from the Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, USA, in 2021. He was a research associate with Imperial College London from 2021 to 2022. He joined Huazhong University of Science and Technology a full professor with the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2022. His research interests include power market, vitual power plant, electrical vehicle, blockchain, multiple energy system integration, and renewable energy.
