For medical images and signal sequences acquired in the field of biomedical materials and tissue regeneration, we apply deep learning model algorithms for automated processing and analysis, such as AI reading and scoring, automated evaluation of tissue regeneration, and regenerative tissue labeling.
(2) Molecular dynamics/first principles simulation/multi-scale materials science simulation
Simulation of biological processes at multiple scales based on Newton's laws and first principles, with a focus on atomic/molecular interactions, biomineralization processes (organic/inorganic interface interactions)
(3) 3D Bioprinting and Regenerative Medicine
Develop 3D printing "ink" materials for hard and soft tissues; develop 3D printing trajectory algorithms for different tissues; develop next-generation 3D bioprinting devices and supporting materials based on the Open-source development platform.
