程时杰，中国科学院院士，电力系统专家。华中科技大学教授、校学术委员会副主任。1945年7月生于湖北武汉，籍贯湖北通山。1967年毕业于西安交通大学，1981年和1986年分别在华中工学院和加拿大Calgary大学获硕士和博士学位。2007年当选中国科学院院士。长期从事电力系统及其自动化研究，在电力系统适应控制、智能控制、次同步振荡等方面取得了众多研究成果并已用于生产实际。
