Chengning Wang received Ph.D. degree from HUST as an outstanding graduate, in June 2021. He was a visiting Ph.D. student with ECE Department, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA, from November 2019 to November 2020. His research interests include semiconductor RAM technology/design and numerical linear algebra parallelization for large physics systems. He was approved to host a NSFC grant in 2022 and involved as a major investigator in nine projects. He is serving as an Editorial Board Member for Frontiers in Electronics and a TPC Member for 5 IEEE/ACM Conferences. He served as a reviewer for The Innovation, JPhysD, APL, JAP, IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE JETCAS, IEEE TC, IEEE TCAD, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TIM, TMECH, IEEE ISCAS, Advanced Electronic Mater., Sci. Rep., Microelectron. Eng., Phys. of Fluids, IJMSSC, JSA, and a review expert for the NSFC Grants System. He was a candidate of Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Nomination of China Computer Federation. He was a recipient of the IOP Outstanding Reviewer Awards 2023 and the National Scholarship for Ph.D. Students of China in 2019.
