Chengning Wang received Ph.D. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an outstanding graduate, in June 2021. He was a visiting Ph.D. student with ECE Department, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA, from Oct. 2019 to Nov. 2020. He was approved to host a NSFC grant in 2022 and involved as a major investigator in nine projects including the Key Project of the National Key R&D Program of China, the NSFC Key Project, and the Fundamental Pre-Research Projects. His research interests include semiconductor RAM technology/design and numerical linear algebra parallelization for large physics systems. He is serving as an Editorial Board Member for Frontiers in Electronics. He served as a reviewer for The Innovation, JPhysD, APL, JAP, Phys. Scr., IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE JETCAS, IEEE TC, IEEE TCAD, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TIM, IEEE ISCAS, Advanced Electronic Mater., Sci. Rep., Nanotechnology, Phys. of Fluids, IJMSSC, JSA, and so on. He was a candidate of Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Nomination of China Computer Federation. He was a recipient of the IOP Outstanding Reviewer Awards 2023 and the National Scholarship for Ph.D. Students of China in 2019.
