Chengning Wang received Ph.D. degree from HUST as an outstanding graduate, in June 2021. He was a visiting Ph.D. student with ECE Department, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA, from November 2019 to November 2020. His research interests include semiconductor RAM technology/design and numerical linear algebra parallelization for large physics systems. He was approved to host a NSFC grant in 2022 and involved as a major investigator in ten projects. He Led the drafting of one National Standard and co-authored one CCF Roadmap. He is serving as an Editorial Board Member for Frontiers in Electronics and served as a TPC Member for 5 IEEE/ACM Conferences. He served as a reviewer for The Innovation, JPhysD, APL, JAP, IEEE TCAS-I, IEEE JETCAS, IEEE TC, IEEE TCAD, IEEE TVLSI, IEEE TIM, IEEE TMECH, ACM TACO, IEEE ISCAS, Advanced Electronic Mater., Sci. Rep., Microelectron. Eng., Phys. of Fluids, IJMSSC, JSA, ATC, Strategic Study of CAE, CCF Trans. HPC, and a review expert for the NSFC Grants System. He gave invited talks at five International or domestic Conferences. He was a candidate of Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Nomination of China Computer Federation. He was a recipient of the IOP Outstanding Reviewer Awards 2023 and the National Scholarship for Ph.D. Students of China in 2019.
