Personal Profile:2017年9月，周越从本院电子专业保研至本课题组； 2019年，周越以第一作者身份在微电子领域国际顶会IEDM发表报告，该论文是我校微电子系史上第一篇； 硕博在读期间，以第一作者身份总共发表3篇IEDM、IF>10以上期刊论文5篇，其中包括Nature Electronics、Adv. Mater.、IEEE Trans. Neural Networks & Learning Systems等；在读期间两次获得国家奖学金，并获得中国电子学会集成电路奖学金一等奖。
