· Name of Research Group:微纳光子学技术
Description of Research Group:本团队传承于上世纪90年代易新建教授领导的红外研究组。研究方向包括运用微纳加工技术研究微光学（微透镜、微镜、微滤光器等）、二氧化钒相变开关和非致冷红外探测器等光学元件和传感器件及其在红外图像传感器、非致冷红外成像探测器、轻薄型红外成像光学、红外气体传感器以及高能激光防护等领域的应用研究。新时代，顺应技术发展趋势，瞄准科技前沿，开展了超表面光学、纳结构光谱探测和超宽带光电探测器的研究。
本团队具有比较齐全的设计软件、核心的工艺设备以及完善的测试条件，为优秀硕士、博士和博士后人员的研究提供便利。欢迎有志英才加盟本团队！
