研究方向为在心血管疾病中内质网（ER）应激反应对血管内皮细胞的调控机制。采用遗传动物模型中，我们研究的目的是揭示ER应激通路中未折叠蛋白反应（UPR），特别是IRE1通路，调节内皮细胞功能的分子机制。
