科研成果
近年来,围绕“高效且稳定钙钛矿光伏材料与器件”,发展了钙钛矿多晶薄膜生长方法,揭示钙钛矿成核与生长结晶调控机制,实现了大面积钙钛矿多晶薄膜可控制备;发展了钙钛矿多晶薄膜缺陷抑制与修复方法,解决了活性层体相与表界面缺陷态难以调控的问题,实现器件性能的提升;发展了全界面修饰与多元阻隔薄膜策略,抑制了材料与器件的衰退,实现了高效率、高稳定性大面积钙钛矿模组。迄今,共发表SCI论文90余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)身份发表论文60余篇,包括Nature 1篇、Nature Energy 2篇、Nature Communications 3篇,Science Advances 1篇,Advanced Materials 2篇,Energy & Environmental Science 3篇,Advanced Energy Materials 5篇,Advanced Functional Materials 7篇,ACS Nano 1篇,Nano Energy 4篇,Nano Letters 1篇。目前,Google Scholar 引用8000余次,H指数44,14篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。英文书籍章节1章。申请专利12项,已授权9项。
