长期从事光学测量与计量、水下目标探测与信息处理、无标记光学信息检测与显微成像等领域的研究。近年来的研究兴趣在于海洋颗粒物光散射特性理论研究，用于表征纳米颗粒物形貌的逆向散射方法（数值计算方法）研究，以及结合成像技术、光纤传感技术、微流控芯片技术的测量系统搭建。近年来研发了静态光散射、动态光散射测量系统，以及颗粒群粒径分布分析系统，开展了粒度仪在海洋环境、生物、医疗、工业中的应用研究。作为项目负...
