吕志鹏，教授、博导，现任华中科技大学计算机学院人工智能与优化研究所所长，教育部新世纪优秀人才计划入选者，获湖北省总工会“荆楚工匠”称号。主要研究方向为EDA（电子设计自动化）、多智能体规划、计算智能、工业优化、启发式优化、调度与规划、复杂系统建模、强化学习、NP难问题求解等。长期致力于为工业界提供智能优化解决方案，所研制的一系列优化算法在国际算法竞赛中10余次获得全球冠军，20余次获得全球前三名，部分代表性国际竞赛获奖如下： 2022年国际遗传与进化计算会议（GECCO）动态堆栈调度算法竞赛，两项全球第一；2022年DIMACS车辆路径优化算法挑战赛，两项全球第一； 2021年国际计算机辅助设计会议（ICCAD）布局布线算法竞赛...
