Abstract: A viscoelastic carbon nanotube (CNT) material has been created that shows creep recovery, similar to silicone rubber, from –190 to 970 °C where polymers breakdown. Excellent thermal resistance is demonstrated by sequential creep recovery tests across extreme temperatures and interpreted to originate from the contacts among the non‐aligned, unbundled CNTs.
