Wei Yang ( https://weiyang-hust.github.io/ ) is an Associate Research Fellow of Computer Science at Huazhong University of Science & Technology. He is one of the leaders of HUST Media Lab. Dr. Wei Yang obtained his Ph.D. at University of Delaware in the United States under the supervision of Prof. Jingyi Yu. After graduation, he had spent 8 years in the U.S and worked for GoogleATAP and the famous AR/VR startup, DGene inc..Dr. Wei Yang's research focuses on Computational Photography, 3D Vision, Video Understanding, Visual Tracking, Human Performance Capture, Neural Represeantion and Rendering. Dr. Wei Yang served as the area chair of CVPR 23 and program committe member of AAAI 20&21, WACV 21 and BMVC 18. He also reivews papers for top tier conferences and journals in computer vision, including CVPR, TPAMI, TIP, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS and etc.
