游慧娟教授，主要研究领域为单分子生物物理、分子药理学，在JACS, Nucleic Acids Research, Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) , Biophysical Journal 等学术期刊发表学术论文多篇。在G-四链体的折叠动态和解旋酶的工作机理上做出一系列重要工作。 课题组目前主要研究兴趣是核酸结合药物的单分子研究。
