张志平，1975年出生，安徽省太湖县人，华中科技大学同济药学院、国家纳米药物工程技术研究中心教授，博士生导师，湖北省楚天学者，药剂学系主任。2003-2007年新加坡国立大学博士、博士后，2007-2010年美国哈佛大学医学院博士后。2010年至今在华中科技大学任教授、博士生导师。
