Abstract: In order to reduce discharge delay jitter of all solid state magnetic pulse compression discharge circuit for pulsed gas laser, the circuit was simulated with the pspice software including the full process of charging, magnetic switch resetting and discharging. The simulation results show that 1V jitter of initial storage capacitor voltage causes 5ns~10ns jitter of discharge time and the discharge jitter decreases with the increase of the charging voltage.
