Combining “biomimetic” and “polymer” is the most rapidly growing research field and a bibliometric phenomenon of the last decades. Our research group particularly focuses on the following points:

1. The sequence engineering of biomimetic polymer materials

2. The fabrication of biomimetic micro/nano-coatings

3. Virus-mimicking nanocarriers 

4. Water-harvesting materials

5. Design and synthesis of antimicrobial polymer materials

6. The fabrication of antibiofouling surfaces

7. The fabrication of antifogging and antiicing surfaces

8. Tissu eengineering scaffold materials
