流行病与卫生统计学系,副教授,博士研究生导师,副系主任,华中科技大学“学术新人奖”和湖北省“楚天学子”获得者。
主要从事健康大数据整合分析研究,以生物统计和生物信息学为主要研究工具,开发健康大数据整合方法和分析流程,用于重大慢性疾病和新发重大传染病研究。研究成果在Nature、JAMA、Nature Communications等权威期刊以第一作者或通讯作者(含并列)发表,入选2020年度“中国生物信息学十大进展”。
研究方向:
1.统计基因组学
通过统计建模对多组学数据整合,开发统计算法和工具用于解析疾病病因、预测疾病风险。目前主要关注多基因遗传风险评分(PRS)和非线性孟德尔随机化(nonlinear MR)方法学研究。
2.遗传流行病学
从遗传学角度解析复杂疾病病因、预测疾病风险。目前用到的方法包括全基因组关联研究(GWAS)、孟德尔随机化(MR)、多基因遗传风险评分(PRS)和一些其他组学整合的方法(例如TWAS,PWAS,pheWAS,coloc等),主要感兴趣疾病包括冠心病(CAD)、深静脉血栓(VTE)和动脉瘤(AAD)。
