向往，华中科技大学教授、博士生导师，国家级青年人才计划入选者，国家重点研发计划项目（青年科学家）首席科学家。于2012年和2017年在华中科技大学电气与电子工程学院分别获学士和博士学位，随后在英国University of Strathclyde从事博士后研究，2021年底全职加入华中科技大学电气与电子工程学院。研究方向为新能源并网、柔性直流输电技术及其在新型电力系统中的应用。在本领域发表SCI/EI论文100余篇，其中第一/通讯作者SCI论文44篇；授权中国发明专利31件。发明了自阻型柔性直流换流器，柔性直流输电多维度控制和多域故障保护技术，成果应用于多个直流输电工程。多篇论文入选中国电机工程学报优秀论文、领跑者5000中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术...
