Patent description:本发明提供了一种基于传输通道-电容的电荷注入逻辑（记为TPC 逻辑）。对于运算电路部分，第一电容用于确定逻辑运算电路的输出端，第二电容用于提供一定的电压，逻辑运算通路基于每一次输入的数据信号选通从第二电容到第一电容的电荷通路，以在输出端叠加电压值；通过逐步注入方式实现时分复用，从而在输出端建立起与逻辑运算结果相关的模拟电压值，仅采用两个电容即实现了逻辑运算，无需构建与逻辑运算数量相等大小的单位权重电容阵列，大大降低了电容面积开销，能够在保证工作速度和精度的同时，降低运算电路的面积开销，提高运算能效。
