The main research direction is to use experimental methods to study nanomaterials, nanodevices, and their process research, as well as to use them to solve the immediate challenges faced by the future energy and electronics industry. The focus of research is on controlling the growth, structure, and properties of materials for the manufacture and characterization of nanostructures with precise material composition and atomic scale controllability, and integrating them into nanodevices. Flexible Electronic Manufacturing Thin Film Growth Process and Equipment
