存储与显示技术属于信息社会的“基石”，是半导体TOP细分领域，我们探究利用相变材料寻求存储/显示技术的突破，在科研吸引力与就业前景角度来看，是当前的重大热点。
1、非易失性存储器件与系统，包括相变存储器，FLASH，SSD等，器件设计、关键工艺研究、操作方法等
2、可调谐光子器件，包括色彩滤光片、反射式显示器件、彩色电子纸等
